Season 2 really killed its popularity. I'm waiting until its all out so I can binge it at once, last season they tried to over-complicate stuff for the sake of expectation subversion at the end of the season, which really just lowered the quality of the show especially from a weekly watching perspective. I have no idea if they're pulling something like that again, but I lost a lot of my enthusiasm for it anyway.

I am hearing from a few people that season 3 is good, I guess it'll just never live up to season 1.

It is definitely good.  Quite a bit different than season 1 and 2.  And much more straightforward.

The good thing about season 3 imo is that it's different. Almost like a spinoff.

Yeah the twists and turns have been great because they're easy to follow.
