What fun stories do you have about new systems?

Back in elementary school my friend had a PSP. This was right after the psp launch and I was so excited about next gen. Well my friend ended up breaking his psp and couldn't get the disc out. He said he'd give me the psp if I could get it out for him. I used a hair clip and could open it easily and gave him the disc. My mom made my call his dad to explain how easy it was to open but he didn't care since he bought a new psp using his tax refund. I kept the psp and it was crazy awesome. We didn't have wifi so I had to stand at the window to use the wifi from the other side of the street.
