Lol. The glitch is getting across the bridge, so I guess the cars turning like that is intended. Why would they get them to do that instead of just disappear, maybe from where you're supposed to reach it looks like they're reaching the end and turning left?

Creating and destroying objects in a video game takes uses resources. This is a really simple and standard way to avoid that.

If they were worried about people seeing this far, at most they would just not render the cars during the turn so it's less obvious.
