You can call it either:
A.) Acute accent
B.) Diacritic

An acute accent is a type of diacritic, and a diacritic is a mark added to another letter.

Yeah we normally call them accents  :P

But now I think about it, 'floaty commas' would be so much better.

Floaty comma: é
Backwards floaty comma: è
Double floaty period comma: ë
Floaty squiggly comma: ẽ
Not so floaty comma: ȩ
Floaty hat comma: ê
Upside down floaty hat comma: ě
Upside down curvy floaty hat comma: ĕ
