Its been out for weeks, as well as every other Sony published game. No idea what's going on there.

That's one of the reasons I switched my pre order to the limited edition at Game, I got spooked that something might go wrong with amazon.

I wonder if any of the developers are bothered by having to switch from decades of smooth 60fps dev of some of the best action games on some behind the shoulder 30fps showpiece for Sony.

-Sony doesn't force companies to do 30 fps.
-GoW has a 60 fps mode.
-It's not just a Sony thing...  The vast majority of devs make 30 fps games for consoles...

I'm also not sure if decades of 60 fps actually happened.  The game might have been updating the picture very 1/60th of a second, but that doesn't mean that the whole game got updated that quickly.

I wonder that myself.  I think people look at framerates on emulators and just assumed it was 60fps (You know, that Ocarina of Time running at 18fps on n64 vs 59fps on project64).  I very distinctly remember reading a review for Street Fighter Alpha 3 (Maybe gamepro) and they said "runs at a solid 30fps".

or is it gonna be too low.  if detroit and spider man review as well as this the ps4 could possibly sell more than last year.  At the very least be even yoy.
