Nintendo spent a couple years at this theater (then called Nokia theater). They did a similar thing and also had demo booths available on the stage after the show

Now Nintendo does digital shows.

Sony had been in the LA Memorial Sports Arena for years. However this arena was demolished in 2016 to be converted to a soccer stadium, so Sony moved back to the Shrine Auditorium. Sony last used this place in 2010.

Microsoft has been at the Galen Center since forever. This is the first time they'll be using a different e3 venue in a long time. The reasoning seems to be that they want to make it more of a fan event and let fans demo the games directly after the show.

Nothing suggests or implies that this is an upgrade to their E3 show from an announcements point of view.

A decent Halo entry that was a letdown for some, a remaster, a racing game also on PC, a timed exclusive and a game which was cancelled. I'll never believe them saying best ever. I don't get why they keep doing it.

That wasn't biggest ever. It was the best line up in Xbox history. Get your spinning right.

I believe they will have a good E3 and some surprises. They had a few shame E3s in a row now it's bound to have a good one now.

Oh I'm not sure if I ever actually posted this, but a PS aligned studio has teased they have a new game probably getting announced this E3.

Era are going crazy about pokemon, lol. They have had three speculation threads totalling over 1000 pages, with only a few rumours to talk about. Emily said there'll be an announcement before the end of May, so now they're counting down each hour hoping Nintendo send out a tweet saying something. Its madness

Weather has been really nice and hot in London in May. Last few days have been awful though, just constant thunderstorms. Sunday evening there was lightning with frequency I've never seen before, literally every couple of seconds for a prolonged period of time. It was mad. Today there's been intermittent lightening and thunder.
