Combined with Jan and retail sales this brings the total to around 2.8m (with March DD sales not included) in Japan alone!

MHW is a beast, dang. I'm so glad its doing well on console.

This puts the UK launch over 200k for all platforms, from Bruno on Era:

Far cry 4 Japan sales for ps3, Xbox and ps4 at launch were roughly 56k.

Far cry 5 ps4 launched at 75k. With digital it should be close to 100k.

That's some nice growth for the series on ps4 in Japan. Western games continue to gain prominence.

Most Level 5 games in Japan don't actually do well.  Like they sell well enough, but they never had any title sell astronomically .  Their bread and butter was Dragon Quest.  They don't have that anymore...

I wonder if Monster Hunter can leg itself to 4 million in Japan.
