Looks like you got swept up in Neogaf's pessimism... remember that there's currently always a good amount of salt mixed in with Neogafs hot takes, should there not be a Switch version of a game at launch.

Anyways, the PS4 narrowly misses the 1 million mark, but might(should) have passed it with digital sales. A bit lower than I hoped, but still nothing to complain about. PS4 hardware boost was also not as high as I thought it'd be.

Edit: And now Gaf is already trying to downplay the PS4 numbers and I've even seen someone try to start spinning a narrative that it was the PS4 version that people were overestimating over there, when it was actually quite the opposite. That community is truly ridiculous.

It's so funny.  DQ11 was a massive steal for the ps4. It will hopefully hit 6m by years end and make them even saltier!

These DQXI numbers doesn't include digital from PS store... only DL cards bought at retail.

Even expected (around 1m each) it is great.
