If you want to help educate some No Man's Sky fans on why chertz preorder numbers are a joke, thegamesacc comments on As of writing this, NMS has at least 152,000 pre-orders and is about 11 weeks from release. According to the source, that's just for PS4.

Uncharted 4 is the 15th best selling gaming item of the year on Amazon about 3 weeks before launch. Where do you think it'll move after launch? Think it can make it to #1?

And where do you think it'll sit by the end of the year? TLOU and UC3 both managed 11th in their respective years.

I have feeling No Man's Sky is going to move some serious units and consoles. This is the most well known indie game that I can think of.

If No Man's Sky delivers it will be huge, if it fails to live up to expectations it will quickly become known as one of the biggest disappointments in gaming history, I feel.
