...where was xbox sitting last year this time-ish.  i remember xbox said in the 40s to 50s for a lot of the year but i remember it taking until april to get that low.  revisionist view on history?

I only know that it was #16 in the whole month of Jan, but PS4 was also higher than it is right now. There are more gift cards and games in upper slots this time around, makes it harder to compare.

I don't remember where it was hourly but it ended up in 16th for the month. At this rate it will be lower. It's already at 18th for the month and the further it drops in the hourly the less likely it is to even be in the top 20 for the month when it's all said and done.

Well the thing to take note of is the price. Xbox One was $500 this time last year and managed 16th for the month. The X1 is now $350 with two free games and might drop out of the top 20 for the month. That's pretty significant.

you cant compare year on year though. different software releases happened and accessories launched. the consoles might be performing better but charting lower.

The Order is in 31st with the collector's edition in 69th. Lol and that dang Black Friday PS4 bundle just won't quit. It's in 94th right now.

Update: Make that 28th now. CE down to 70. BF PS4 bundle up to 91st.

Update 2: Holy crud. Dragon Ball Xenoverse for PS4 charting. Was at 100 and now at 96.
