I find that to watch movies at a reasonable volume, I have to turn it way up.
On my current TV, I usually watch movies at around 50-55. Games are closer to 11-15.

It kinda frustrating. :P

Voices in movies are never loud enough.

Games have the option to set voice volume but it's always loud enough at default.

Well I have good speakers but they're definitely set up poorly.

Sounds about right. When I'm gaming I set my TV to around 20 normally. Watching TV around 30, and movies even higher. (this is out of 50)

I put my volume at 30-40 for games during the day and at night its around 10-15 so I dont disturb my household.

For Movies I place them around 20-30 and at times 40.

Never put it beyond that much to be honest.

I play games and movies at similar volumes. Never noticed a difference for the same volume really.
