Man, prepare for the ugliest reaction to PS+ in a long time unless Sony pulls out a real surprise aside from Dead Star, GWG has a really good month in April and r/PS4 has already started complaining big time (like over 300 upvotes in less than an hour big) before PS+ games have even been announced.

Just to avoid the backlash Sony should maybe consider throwing in a first party game from the beginning of the gen.

Can't hurt to put Killzone in there.  It's already fallen to rock bottom prices.  Plus I think it's time to bring back the instant game collection.  Killzone + Infamous + Knack

Yah, Killzone could be a good idea, maybe even Infamous but I think they're still making money on that one.

Seriously I don't even wanna see the forums if Sony announces their lineup and they don't have something triple A in there, which I reckon they won't unless MS' lineup prompts them to change something on short notice, it will be a fudgy minefield of people barking and other people gloating. Personally I don't understand it anyway, what's the fudgy difference? Why do you want AAA games that you obviously weren't interested in buying? All AAA games that are put up on these services have been on sale for cheap many times before, if you've really been clamoring for them that much you could have just bought them. But if I didn't want to play online I wouldn't pay for this shame at all, so what do I know.

Edit: Also I think I'll be getting Until Dawn today, it's 30€ digital and it's a 4 day weekend.

I guess cause the people who did get PS+ want it for the games, not for the online play.  I personally would have gone with a hybrid approach where games can have premium servers (PS+ servers).  So like if you want Call of Duty, etc with dedicated servers you have to pay.  But if you don't care and want Peer to Peer then don't pay.  One will be laggy the other won't.  At least, that's what you'd hope.

I suppose that would be good, but unfortunately someone, not calling any names, showed the market that you can easily make people pay for simple multiplayer on console and proved that that alone is significantly more effective at getting people to subscribe to your service than actually trying to make your service appealing outside of what it gates off. We should really thank the someone that did that. -.-

Though since there's BC people are basically counting all of these as X1, while all PS+ games not coming to PS4 apparently cease to exist.
