I don't see the appeal of 3 month subscriptions. If you like Plus and want to keep subscribing, a year makes sense. If you don't want to continually be subscribed, a month makes sense.

@Rorono and others who do 3 months, why do you prefer it?

I don't like that change.  I remember when MS did the same thing with Live.  Not like I had Live before, but I wanted 3 months to play Gears 3 with my friends.  3 months had a higher unit rate than the yearly.  Peeved me.
