I live in Toronto. I Was born in Albania but I've been in Canada since I was 7, so 13 years now.

Depends on the location of the site and also where you live in some cases. 
I've had to pay tax on Amazon, but not Newegg for example. 

Maybe he is Canadian, maybe he isn't.  The world may never know.

He's not in the industry.  His other posts were very humble, I guess.  Not sure what word I want to use. 
But based on his other posts, he's not looking for attention, but rather he has a friend who told him something. 
He doesn't know if it is true, and he's stated that in one of the other posts.

He said he doesnt wrk in the industry but has an old friend who is really close that does, and shared 1 piece of info and that 1 thing has him really excited.  he wasnt looking for attention after that.  I know some people wanted him to contact bish, but not sure if that ever happened.  hes been a gaf member for a year and a half apparently
