They just cut out the fat last year. Shawn Layden already said, that he won't be talking for more than 90 seconds for the entire conference this year and that the rest will be filled with games, so I doubt their show will be running much longer than last years.

And what good does a long conference do if, it's just filled with trash anyways? Ubisofts show last year was 2 hours long and the conference was garbage that was only made worse by how long it was. I see no reason to believe that MS has enough worthwile content to fill a 2 hour show, which is why I'm expecting a ton of unnessecary talking and fluff.

There was games that missed out on being at e3 last year. They could still make it 90 mins but just include more games. That's what we all want to see!

It's a beefed up Xbox One, show it, tell people the price and when it'll be out, the rest is just showing off games, which is what you're supposed to do at E3 anyways. I don't see how the Scorpio on it's own would add more than 5 minutes to the show (and that's already pushing it), unless they talk about it way too much.

At some point the show just becomes muddled and lesser games are drowned out. Also Sony still has PSX for the west, they'll need to keep some content for that. From a marketing perspective I'm sure there's not as much value in putting everything a huge publisher like Sony has in the works into one show as we might think.

Oh yeah, I was actually only thinking of new games, it didn't even occur to me that that's another way for MS to stretch their show. They'll just show already released games on Scorpio and we behind the stream will be able to pretend that we can actually tell a difference between the Scorpio and the base version, lol.
