I think its just really hard to get higher scores in this gen. If this was last gen, the witcher 3 would have got 95-96 and Horizon would be in the low 90s

Horizon is on the brink of 89 too. Everytime reviews update it flicks to 89 for a few seconds.

Also with 181 games on 88 on MC, its only 5 from the top

Yeah, I highly doubt the witcher 3 will have brought horizon reviews down. If it did then only by one point maximum
