BFR was possibly elongated back to the original ITS height of 122 meters, or maybe this animation was poorly updated with the new design. There was some speculation that it had gotten taller so this might be real.

Also seems their earth to earth plans are legit and are being actively worked on.

I used to think the Elite Dangerous ships were huge since this is to scale, but really the BFS should be about 2/3s the length of the Elite ship.
