Nintendo Switch presentation: On third thought, it was that bad

I love the look of it. It looks really great to me, its a very nice design.

Yeah I don't want to play many games on it. Pretty much only pokemon, smash, mario kart and probably super mario. I was thinking about getting it at or close to launch but there's no way now.

I can't believe that with how weak the hardware is and all these missing features that they're pricing it that high. They could easily sell it for less with how much money they'll get from accessories and online. The worst pricing is the accessories to be honest, the cost of the controllers are utterly ridiculous.

There may be a lot of tech in the pro controller, which is the counter argument for the price. However, it's just terrible business the perception and value would be compared to ps4 controllers. People don't care about the actual tech they just see its a way to play games and see its more expensive than the competition. Nintendo is just idiotic in this. There's no way the pro controller should be 10 dollars more than the DS4. It's just good business. (there's no way they aren't profitable at that price)

It really does look great.  I wasn't fond of it when they first showed it, but it's just so super sleek now the more I look at it.  I'm totally gonna get one sometime next year.   Hopefully it does well and is supported way more than wii u.

I know two people who are pretty excited about the Switch.  

One lady said she wanted it for her birthday.  
And I asked a guy I work with if he's getting it. "Heck yeah!" Was the response.

Yeah I think a lot of gamers are forgetting that even though the Switch is a bad system for them, it doesn't guarantee it's bad for everyone. Marketing matters so much at this point.

I don't expect Nintendo to have good marketing after this poorly executed event but if they do, it could still be an uber hit out the gate. Casuals are still fairly positive about it.

Oh that's pretty neat. I do love the look of the joycon controllers. They are excellent and provide people with two controllers in the box, they're just so expensive
