NX and XB1 were never going to happen. This is essentially a first party game.

An interesting thing to note is that the QA session done about Kojima Production's first game, where they said a PC version would come later, has been deleted.

it was revealed that Sony is not investing in Kojima Productions, and the unnamed game in question "is planned to become available on PC" after its PS4 release.

Hideo Kojima finally revealed he has setup is own independent studio along with former members of the team he worked with at Konami on December 15.

Wow. Other people around the net were saying it was deleted.

EDIT: This was a year ago, though. A lot can change in that time. Like Kojima opening a satellite studio right next to Guerrilla Games and sharing an engine with no strings.

Huh. So was that the original that Gamespot hijacked as their own? Because they've done that shame before. Like when they took Dualshocker's interview with Yu Suzuki about Shenmue 3 and misreported the interview.
