Infamous SS DLC retail release

I didn't realize this was stand alone dlc/game at first... I know they did it with that Infamous 2 dlc, but I was hoping it was going to add content to the original game :/
interesting idea though utilizing their engine and art assets to create a stand alone smaller game

It  is a prequel, though. Similar to Tlou's non standalone dlc

Anything that helps add more to the lackluster back story of the support characters is welcome. That was one of my biggest complaints about the game. The other characters weren't given enough time for me to give a crud about them.
