This will be the big reveal of Squadron 42 and should include a full mission from the final game. Squadron 42 is set to release this year but will probably release early 2017.

Star Citizen will have more of 3.0 shown with a reveal of their new planet tech. Could be cool. 3.0 is set to release before the end of the year.

It's also likely we'll see a full match of Star Marine, the game's FPS multiplayer mode. This update should release either this month or next.

Holy shame that's a big ship. Those Gladius fighters to the right of it look tiny by comparison. Pretty sure that's an RSI ship, too. Some of the designs, like the cockpit/bridge and thrusters look pretty consistent with ships from that manufacturer.

Yup it's a huge RSI ship.

I'll love seeing all the walkthroughs of the internals. The pool table supposedly can even be played.

Ah now I remember where that name came from. I kept thinking I heard the name Polaris before when referring to a Star Citizen ship. That's the corvette they mentioned a long time ago. After they increased the size of the Idris to turn it into a frigate, they said they would make a new corvette to replace it and the name Polaris started getting thrown around.

I really haven't paid that much attention to star citizen beyond the gameplay videos. Cool info!

One thing that bothers me is that they haven't shown off any large scale space battles. They've teased shots a couple of times but they've never shown us any of these bigger ships in action or loads of small ships fighting. I know they said a while back that they were limiting the number of ships in any given play space to about 100 to keep everything running as smoothly as possible, but I'm pretty sure that was a lowball figure they threw out there years ago before everything matured. This was back around the time that the GTX 680 was the top of the line single GPU.
