I uh, don't know how that would happen, but that's how it reads....  

i mean,. maybe.  it would have to be via the browser.  sony could block it if they wanted.  i'll just wait and see how it works out but i'll trust it less than the PC variants of VR where there is far more freedom to do stuff.

VR bad stuff is already a go. (At least in the sense there's a media player.  Not sure if the browser supports it yet)  Whether it's implemented well or not, depends on the video.  Not that I'd know or anything...
