Youtube never forgets (and apparently neither do I). I randomly watched this 12 years ago and youtube just recommended it to me again since I've been listening to game OSTs.

Not bad. Thanks for sharing.

Haven't shared these before, so here are a few really good songs from game osts.

The last two are really good for putting on a loop and focusing on weird/moody work.

I didn't particularly like this song the first couple times I heard it.

And then for whatever reason I was thinking about it yesterday. It's a very lovely, but very sad song.

I listed during my workout so that didn't help, but I didn't like it. Lyrics were kinda funny.

Wonder if it'll grow on me like it did with you though.

This has been my vibe since yesterday.

dude?!   she's really hot and all you do is make fun of her teeth??

I hadn't heard of Gracie Abrams before but I looked her up on youtube music and apparently she worked with taylor switft on fokelore.  added her to my library.

Just a segue to post more music.

Also I clicked on this expecting a joke but it's surprisingly good. I wonder how many other songs could also get offset like this and still work.

i mean, as long as each song was carefully calculated so the vocals are delayed by some decreet number of measures i'm sure you could do this with any song to decent success.  you just wouldn't want the background and vocals to a half measure (or worse a half beat) off from each other.  i'm sure this is especially fine in pop/rap music where the the "band" is always mostly background noise compared to the vocals.

better yet,... acapella music.

Not like an amazing song, but i think it's good.

There's this weird feeling that I had with it, when I heard it the first time today.
As if it was a song I had heard years ago, and at some point was trying to find it, and then just today found it.

Not sure if that actually happened. But it feels like that.

i mean, it released in 2001.   i've known this song forever.  eve 6 got a few minor hit's too but i really think of them as a 1-hit wonder.   a "song of the summer" sort of band.

The Cranberries are awesome, that is all.

And this is a great cover.

Aw yeah, classics from the past.

The other day my parents donated the old car I used to drive. Had it for nearly 30 years but it just got way too dangerous. E brake hadn't worked in years, sometimes it'd shift out of park, and hundreds of small things requiring very specific jiggles to make work.
