The official Tokyo Game Show 2016 Android app has leaked Earth Defense Force 5 for PlayStation 4.

Under the D3 Publisher listing in the exhibitors section of the app, Earth Defense Force 5 for PlayStation 4 is listed alongside Idol Death Game TV, Happy Manager, and SG/ZH School Girl/Zombie Hunter. Furthermore, D3 Publisher's description also mentions that Earth Defense Force 5 is playable at the D3 Publisher booth.
