What is your game of the year so far?

The Witness was fantastic as fudge. Only thing I wish it had was more end game secrets.

I haven't played a ton of games this year, but in terms of pure fun, I'd say Overwatch would probably be my GoTY so far. Dark Souls III was fun, but it just felt kind of stale after the epicness of Bloodborne, and I really much preferred DS II for PVP.

I wouldn't be surprised if The Last Guardian or Titanfall 2 end up being my final GoTY though.

I came here to say The Witness thinking I'd be the the only one. Freaking loved the game. The game was amazing, brilliant puzzles, hidden secrets and very rewarding. Jonathan Blow outdid the amazing Braid imo and I can't wait for his next project.

obviously haven't played the last guardian

...but one of those 4 will probably be my 2016 title of the year.  bump this thread in 2018 and i'll let you know for sure.
