I just woke up and am still shocked by what I witnessed yesterday, I almost feel personally offended by that conference.

Then they shouldn't have streamed it for the public.

You only get one first impression and they severely blew it for the Pro.

i think it went well actually. i didnt expect anything major announced. just tech demo's and uncharted DLC. but i guess they were saving that for PGW. but really, what did people expect? it was an event to announce new hardware, and show off how the games would run on it. they announced a price cut for standard PS4's to 299$, and Neo for 399$. thats a great price if you ask me.

plus, HDR for all PS4's was great.

If this shame went well then the reactions would be different.

Literally nobody gives a shame about the slim (this thing is too expensive) and people are just complaining about the Pro having no 4K bluray drive (which I think is a bit silly and blown out of proportion) and still not knowing why they should get one. A simple blogpost detailing the upgrades and showing some side by side footage and screenshots would have been better than this cause it a) would have conveyed that the Pro isn't as big of a deal (they made way too big of a deal out of this for what it actually is) and b) it would have been way more straight forward and clear in explaining what the Pro is and what it does.
