What game concepts would you like to see?

I want an open world GTA or Witcher style game set in feudal Japan, where you play a Samurai and shame. All that japanese mythical stuff should be part too I think.

[Versus]

A zombie apocalypse game where you start at the very beginning.  Just a normal everyday life, a open world sandbox like GTA that puts heavy restrictions on the player that force you to be a law-abiding citizen. But you see the world around you start to fall apart day by day into a zombie apocalypse and the restrictions are lifted. Make it a gritty realistic game set in some English city, give us a more realistic take, I'm not gonna find a gun with 10000 bullets etc.

So many zombie games start us already in the zombie apocalypse, but I'm tired of that, I wanna see the world fall apart and decay around me, I wanna start at the beginning of it all untill it becomes the apocalypse.

An open world RPG language learning game.  
Imagine a game like Skyrim, where you have 1000's of items, 100's hundreds of NPC's to talk to, etc.  
Think there's lots of potential there.  

Could set up full immersion where the language is used all the time.  With a help menu.
Or set up advancing immersion where over time learned words or phrases are increasingly spoken in the other language.
