Bashing NMS procedural generation tech a bit haha.

Planets use procedural generation to assist the developers, but devs still dictate the general locations and go in by hand to make improvements.

"Subsumption" = mini version of the sims to make planets populated.

I'm waiting for an upload of the demo before making its thread. It was about an hour long.

Those first two videos are showing new ships for the 2.5 update. The third is showing new locations and is a general trailer for update 2.5 which launches today.

Star Citizen at least IMO was the only cool thing shown. Everything else was so incredibly minor.
