Weird cause in the Eurogamer article the gentleman was told by Phil or something like that, that the increase is only visible in certain games.  Which is true.  It also manifested itself in titles that he said they would.  Then the PR machine roles out, not listening to what people said before.  There' just no unity.

Well, I am referencing Digital Foundry which showed more than 2 FPS.. what are you referencing? Your butt? lol

Anyway whatever it is, the point was, it's an extremely small boost in performance in some areas of some games. As DF said, with lots of games capped at 30fps and a lot of framerate dips being CPU related, the Xbox One S won't make any difference.
