I just went through the Hotel bloater part and there was only one. Lots of annoying runners though

There were definitely two when I played. One came up the ramp by the key card and the other was by the exit. Definitely different ones too

Which difficulty? I had the same one following me around the whole area. I dealt with him once I had killed all the weak ones

Yeah, because I remembered the one by the exit from the ps3 version so I was waiting to kill the runners before trying to leave. Then a bloater started walking up the ramp and I was wondering how he got behind me but said fudge this and ran towards the exit. Went around the corner to find the one by the exit. Maybe it glitched the spawn.
