Never really cared for God of War, looks like they are changing things up enough for me to give the series another shot.

I like this Kratos. He seems more human, but also retains the brashness and brutality from the Greek Kratos.

Yeah. I like that this Kratos is much more tempered. He's not a walking rage machine. He has a new family and is doing his best to raise his kid. Whether this is an adoptive situation or his actual family, doesn't matter. Kratos has moved on and he can be related to much easier now.

Game looks great.

The action didn't seem as solid as previous God of War games though.

is this open world? at the end it kinda indicated it was?

though it looks great, i like how they mixed things up and gave him an axe.

Lol, the Cory Barlog interview with Geoff Keighley, it's so obvious that Barlog has no interest in being there.

But he did say that game was coming "soon" but not in 2016. Do you think the march 2017 rumour that started with the Neo could be true? I have a feeling that Sony is trying to mitigate their delay problem by simply not announcing anything fixed until they can give a clear date.

i think its gonna be a holiday 2017 title along side Dead Dont Ride Days gone

and yeah, that last sentence seems true, i dont think they will announce any dates until they are close to release and sure of it.
