Haha everything leaks!

October will be awesome.

I love that they accidentally streamed their rehearsal. That's amazing ;D ;D

Interesting date, I might end up getting this.

60 fudgy titans

I think that is either a typo or they heard wrong because Game Informer is reporting 6 new titans.
Slight difference between the two  ::)

NeoGAF - View Single Post -  Titanfall 2 will use Azure, Amazon, Google, & more for servers instead of just Azure

QuoteA blog post by Respawn's Jon Shiring (Slothy) about the upcoming Multiplayer Tech Test  confirms that Titanfall 2 will not be using Windows Azure this time around.
QuoteWe learned so much on Titanfall, and we poured those lessons into Titanfall 2.  We have created a whole new matchmaking system - one that is constantly searching for better matches for you.  We are going to be introducing a new feature called Networks, which is going to change the way you party up and play matches with friends.  We are using a brand new system for running our massive army of dedicated servers all over the world.  We have new gameplay mechanics, all new titans, new maps, new game modes, and a whole new progression system. Everyone here at Respawn has put in so much of themselves into this game, and as you can probably imagine, we're all really nervous and excited to get the game into your hands.  We just can't wait until October 28 when the game launches.

More about the Tech Test here: http://www.titanfall.com/en_us/news/...echnical-test/ The article does not specify which system the studio will be using for the sequel, but  it won't mark the first time Microsoft's cloud solution is used for a multiplatform title. Update! From Respawn's own DKo5 here on GAF:

For completeness sake - we're actually going to be on multiple clouds; Azure, Amazon, and Google - along with "bare metal"

Titanfall 2 will use a variety of cloud solutions. Not just Azure.

Makes sense.

The Azure love is so weird. Good servers are good servers and you can get them from anyone.

Not charging for maps is pretty common, but that's nice modes are free too.
