Rumor: Crash Bandicoot is back... In Skylanders - NeoGAF

Quote/
QuoteA retailer based in Singapore named Qisahn has a listing up featuring a Playstation 4 exclusive “Crash” Skylanders Imaginators Starter Pack.
Saying the “Crash edition content to be announced later. this is a Playstation 4 exclusive”.
Now, Crash has been long speculated to come to Skylanders, but recently has picked up more steam. Especially after it came out that Activision still owns the rights to Crash Bandicoot.
Game Informer even put in their article (but then quickly deleted) that there was another Guest Start to come to Skylanders Imaginators (like how Donkey Kong and Bowser came to Superchargers).
NOW… how legitimate is this retailer?
Obviously it’s not as legitimate as your big box stores like Amazon, Best Buy, etc. But we’ve had some leaks from random retailers across the globe (how many times have you heard a South African retailer leaking something?). So it is possible. This company also has some store fronts, so it’s not just an online company. There are even some interviews on Yahoo and other places with the owner of the store.
So the store itself is definitely legitimate, whether it’d have access to this kind of information, that remains to be seen.

PLEASE NO

Lol, that tease.

But maybe a full Crash game is coming too.

If that's the way they intend on bringing back Crash then people are going to be hilariously pissed. I can see their conference getting 10 thousands of downvotes on Youtube based on just that.

Dr. Pezus

LOL if true and there's no real crash

That would be such a ballsy and stupid bait and switch. Totally pointless. :D

Why would you want to sour people's opinion of your conference for the biggest gaming event of the year, just to have a cool moment at a smaller conference? If this is real then they either better have a real Crash game to back it up or the state of mind to not put this into E3 and instead just announce it on the side at some point. But generally speaking Sony has been pretty aware of what the core gaming market wants so I think that if this is real, then a real Crash game is coming as well.

Crash isn't that big of a game. No reason to have it waste E3 time.
