Uncharted 4's marketing campaign is 'PlayStation's largest ever' - NeoGAF

Only thing that could hurt the game's momentum is a sub 90 metacritic.

Uncharted could be Sony's best selling game ever if they get lucky. TLOU is ~10 mil, and gran turismo 3 is ~15 mil.

Yeah it could do. Even if it was low 90s it'd be pretty disappointing. I think we're all hoping it'll be 93 at the very least.

It very well could be, especially with how much the bundled the collection. I think the early sales news will be great to hear. U3 debuted at about 116k in the UK. I think U4 might be able to double that.

I don't think it can reach 15m unless it is heavily bundled (like GT3 was). I do see it selling 10m+ though

You sure about that? I know it'll sell for years but I'm not so sure about heavy bundling. It will get holiday bundling and stuff but will it be hard-bundled with PS4?

Maybe not heavily, but I'm expecting similar to TLoU:R.  Maybe just a little less.

Yeah and that should help it reach 10m+. No other Uncharted has even sold much beyond 7m so that in itself would be a huge jump. I'm thinking like 13m at best, 10m at worst

Nah man, reviewing standards have gone up, pretty sure that has sunk in with most people by now, 93 would be amazing already.

And yeah, the game will be massive.

I don't think it'll be bundled that much. Games are usually bundled when they want to grow the IP, but this is the last Uncharted.

A prequel would still have Drake as the main character. Sully before he met Drake is a spinoff.  8)
