It's the same thing as the guy at Gamespot that hates 3rd person shooter. These are the professional game journalists.

This shame is utterly pathetic to me, people going through ridiculous lengths to prove that some reviewer just isn't fit to review a game because they didn't like the score he gave it. Someone should maybe explain to people that playing a game by yourself is a lot different than playing the game while simultaneously trying to explain it to someone, some people are just not good at multitasking like that it's actually pretty dang common, so to look at a clip like this and then go "Oh that dude just sucks at the game and shouldn't review it" is just freaking stupid.

Because he sucks at it apparently... But I've played games like that (schizophrenic kinda running back and forth). And I'd doubt you'd really be self aware of it as you're playing. But seriously, I hate watching people play single player game because I notice people miss things or play unsmoothly and I want to be a "back seat player"

Most important if you take your time to read the review you will see his complains are valids and on point.

Those cut scenes sounds awful.  That's gotta be like a ~15 min cut scene for the controller to cut off. And the live action seems to really suck.  

Branching story paths are kind of tricky, but they really shouldn't have bothered it sounds like.

those tv show clips looked terrible..

..was my exact worry from the start.  no matter how you market it these were always "cut scenes" even if they are live action shots.  games haven't really ever proved they can to cut scenes well enough to be interesting for long periods of time plus their is the fundamental disconnect of when i choose to game it is typically because i chose not to watch tv.

After watching angry Legend, the 77 is generous. They marketed this as your actions in game influenced the TV show. And people used it as a talking point. They also marketed as supplementary to the game. So episodes coming out along with the game. I always said to myself that what people think it was didn't make sense. Live action in game cut scenes were never good. The ps1 did this a lot. They are always low budget and cringe worthy.

There comes a point when people need to realize that if people suck at playing this game then it might be due to the game sucking itself.
