What's your biggest letdown of the current gen?

Mine's Titanfall. Literally the only game I've/NeverDies bought on Origin.

Being so busy.  :P

Haven't had a lot of time to play stuff...

I can't really think of any games I've been let down by.

Xevross

Hmm maybe Destiny or Battlefront. They were both amazingly fun at launch but then got a bit boring. Destiny lasted longer and has improved since so I think I'll have to say Battlefront.

Or maybe The Witcher 3, I heard it was amazing and I can see why people think that but I just really can't get into it. Its definitely not my kind of game.

F1 2015 is a great shout too, I was looking forward to that and it turned out pretty trash with no career mode. I barely played it.

Watch Dogs will be a common answer to this question I bet. I was hyped for Watch Dogs and that turned out great, very underrated. So definitely not a letdown for me.

The Order 1886 was a bit of a let down but my expectations weren't too high and it wasn't too bad really.

I think F1 2015 takes it for me so far.

Battlefront for sure. Maybe not so much the game but people not wanting to play it. Had a lot of fun in the beta, but if I play online games now I want to play with friends.

Sony and their inability to meet release dates, also missed release dates for games I care about in general, looking at you Persona 5.

The Order: 1886. I don't think I have seen a game that greatly excels at some aspects (e.g. graphics, sound, music) and immensely underwhelms at others (e.g. gameplay variety, story) at the same time.

Ludicrous Speed

The Order, of course. What a crock of shame that was.

Maybe Watch Dogs second? I expected an at least entertaining open world game. It was terribly boring.

I guess Shadow of Mordor, too. It was a solid game, but it could have been much more. The Nemesis system just had zero depth. The point of the game where you became way too powerful to need to worry about anything just came too early.

Can't say I have one, usually when there is a surprise it's a positive one, not negative. I can smell real shame a mile away

Raven

Definitely The Order. Never have I been so wrong about a game. Ready at Dawn's reputation deserves to be tarnished for that one.

Second would have to be Street Fighter 5. I know the game will improve and by the end of this Summer it'll be robust, but I'm still very disappointed that Capcom opted to worry more about the tournament season than the state of the game.

If this kind of stuff also counts instead of just game quality, then ND making U4 instead of TLOU/new IP, Cambridge making rigs instead of a real game, Supermassive/UD's existence, Persona delays and the dawn of the MMO-lite trash

Not a fan of Uncharted? It's better than TLOU imo!

My 2 biggest disappointment now that I think of it:

That it's 2016 and I'm still not playing VizionEck.

Not really, I'm good with waiting for that.

What I'm not good at waiting for is hoverboards like back to the future.  We are supposed to be here already!

Also, the Order.  Never seen such a bad case of a game that does a lot of things right only to spend the vast majority of the time being spent on things it does wrong.
