I mean seriously guys, Sony even said that they'd be happy with selling only like 1.5 million of these things in 2016, I really think your expectations were fairly unreasonable.

Sure it'll be cheaper, but it "feels" like it's about as expensive as the other headsets. For that price I'd definitely go PC over console.

I think Sony is targeting the PS4 userbase first, the gamers who already have the console and the handful of those that already have the camera. Once they can get the price down, Sony will push PSVR more aggressively to the general consumer.

Well at least I didn't throw my move controllers in the trash. Will need the camera tho. So it should be about 450 for me which will be around 700 with all the taxes and stuff

It's $100 more than I hoped but I'm going for it. Hell of a lot cheaper than buying a PC headset and then upgrading my rig to run it.
