QuoteResearch group Superdata today released its digital sales report for January 2016, and among other things, it was revealed that Square Enix's Rise of the Tomb Raider sold nearly three times more copies on PC in its first month than the Xbox One version over the same period of time in November.

kind of an unfair comparision.  like almost all pc sales are digital while on xbox only 20% are.  3x20% means that pc sold only 60% as well as xbox.

Oh, so it's digital only, my bad. Still not exactly a shining performance for Tomb Raider on Xbox.

Well pc sells a bit retail in some countries so it's probably 70-80

Well, the PC retail version is way ahead of the XB1 version in Germany... Heck, the XB1 version was not even in the Top 100, while the PC version showed consistency instead of a sharp drop.

This makes the Xbox One version sound like it sold much worse than it actually did. I guess it kind of shows that the 1m+ statement was accurate, if we assume ~20% digital and the 500k is true. Still pretty bad for what should have been a huge game but its decent.

I might pick this up along with the first game when it comes to PS4.
