Deus Ex Human Revolution PS3 Digital region locked?

I bought the directors cut on sale on the American PSN store but when it's downloaded and I try to install it I get an error.  

Can't find anything about the ps3 version online. Does anybody know?

By the way...anyone know...if DoA Xtreme 3 is digitally locked too

Turns out it was just a weird glitch.  When I downloaded it in the background and went to install, it gave an error and the file size turned into a tiny amount in the KB'S.

So I just let it download and install itself.  No problems now!
