PS4 HDD compatible with PS3 Super Slim 12GB?

I think so.  You can try the phat PS3 one first, is what I'd do.

OK so hopefully I can get into town and get this done.  

Buy the 12GB SS for €190,  then go over to my local techie shop and ask them to swap the ps4 HDD from the phat to the SS. Then put the old phat 80GB HDD back into it and see if they can repair the disc drive.  

That way I could sell it for a few quid.  Hopefully the phat has a suitable HDD cover they can use on the SS. But either way I'll need to buy one for the phat if I want to sell it on.
