Give it a shot. I noticed my wall mart has a bunch of them in the clerance isle. 20 bucks i think but its smaller in size than the one you listed. Not sure about mah.

So I have almost everything figured out.  
Just need to buy a couple more things.  

I also need to figure out a switch that I can put on a USB cable.  
Battery -> USB -> switch -> micro USB-> Pi

The issue is that I can't really find those.  The top one that I have there ^ is exactly what I need, except it is waaay too long.  
The bottom one is the right length, but it's male to female.  :P

Battery is a lot bigger than I expected.  
Screen is perfect though.

All the parts came in, except for one cable.  Downloading the OS.  Can't believe I didn't download earlier.  

Apparently the OS comes with a version of Minecraft.  :o
I'm pretty excited.  A lot of potential for stuff here.  

If I really wanted to get into stuff, I could potentially even make my own OS, emulator for it.  Don't know if I'll really end up doing any of that, but it'd be really cool and make for great experience.
