The Frame Rate of Fallout 4 in Interiors is horrible (PS4)

I'm sorry but I can play a game like payday 2 and enjoy it thoroughly.  I'm glad I'm not a graphic or a performance joker because otherwise I wouldn't enjoy these games as much.

Even on pc it drops to 25fps the odd time and that's fine imo.  I don't even notice it.

The 0fps issue on Xbox One can be fixed using a faster external HDD to play the game.
It is a HDD streaming issue.
Weird but looks like the PS4 HDD stream faster than Xbox One HDD... both vanilla of course.

What happens when you use a faster hard drive in ps4?

Performance also improves, but not much.

Little better loading and performance but not something very noticeable.

PS4 didn't have freezes to begin... only framerate drops not related to HDD stream.
