What is love?

There are many kinds.  
Love of material.  It is greedy.  It is filled with passion, though it is void of compassion. It only wants and enjoys. Its goal is enjoyment.  
Related, there's love of Power.  It is much the same, but it is evil.  It seeks to suppress others. To rule over them.  In this, it is evil.  
The most different of loves, is the love of another.  It is as selfish as it is selfless.  It is as demanding, as it is giving.  It is sweet, it is kind.  And is the most alive of all loves.  Unlike the others, this love can be shared.  It is the greatest of all.

How much do you bench?

It depends on the bench.  
If I have a really strong and large bench, I could surely bench a few 100 people.

The average bench though can probably only fit 2-4 people.
