so yesterday me and my brothers got to hyped and went on and bought BO3. we were all big CoD fans back in the Modern warefare era. we played a bit of BO3 online, and it was pretty good.

it seems no battlefront for me anytime soon though.

also, does everything have split screen?
It has dedicated servers for matchmaking but the matches connections are P2P.

To be fair today internet allow better P2P matches than dedicated servers... dedicated servers will die soon because concentrate all the trafic in a unique point is not a good ideia... P2P hosts are way better for that... the issue is when the host has bad connection but the matchmaking today already choose the best connection for the host and most gamers internet are great to be host.

Sometimes the P2P gets me even impressed like how the shift the host when it is bad or drops the connection... the matches is unaffected.

Dedicated servers don't have to worry about concentrating traffic. They have insane specs and are jacked into the internet "directly." The server running this website for example has 1 terabyte per second max bandwidth.

Tell that to the lag fest it is Destiny due the servers.
And they only used the dedicated servers to stats and hit collision... everything else is P2P.

Ludicrous Speed

Bungie having bad netcode doesn't mean dedicated servers aren't a good thing.

I want the ability to host a dedicated server. I'd buy a second ps4 just for that. I play with a bunch of people in FL and we have a hard time with lag. Either I'm laggy or they are depending who host the party. At least with dedicated servers we would all get the best connections possible  .

Just finished the story. I really don't get it. It was so weird and odd. Definitely treyarch's weakest plot. It wasn't bad, its just they could have done it so much better.

Story MODE though is excellent, lots of new additions which all really add to it.
