Little advice, go to Cainhurst before continuing on in Yaha'gul, you can find some Blood Chunks there to get your weapon of choice to at least p+7.

Then you should have found the invitation letter in the back of Iosefka's Clinic. Now you just have to teleport to the Witches House in Hemswick and walk to the crossroad with all the dogs, there a scene should trigger and then you can go to Cainhurst.

Ludwig's holy blade feels a bit OP actually

From the cathedral ward waypoint turn right into the small room, take the elevator up then work your way through the enemies to the top of the second tower and the unlock item for it (Radiant Sword Hunter Badge) is in a chest. Then you can buy it for 20,000 blood echoes from the messengers

PSA: I just read this on the Bloodborne subreddit, apparently if you leave Bloodborne running for 12+ hours the game gets easier due to a memory leak issue. Not sure if this affects Suspend and Resume as well, but I asked.

Me neither, but apparently this happens when you play with Suspend and Resume and never end the application as well, ended and restarted Bloodborne just to be sure.
