The first two, I don't think you need to worry about anything else right now.

Depends on what weapon you're using. But since you've already started with strength/endurance I'd say you should just stick with that, obviously level up Vitality as well for HP, Bloodtinge increases bullet damage, Arcane is used by weapons like Ludwigs Holy Blade.

i love the cane whip,  in its short form, its deadly fast.  I prefer having a faster weapon lol
