Haven't tried that many, the Threaded Cane definitely has it. It's R2 when it's in sword form.

If you haven't figured it out yet, either run back to the sickroom that you started the game in or port yourself there. Go all the way to the back of the clinic. There will be a door there. Click on the door to talk to a woman. She will tell you how she can't let you in and risk infecting her patients. She will then give you a special blood vial when she's done talking. I haven't used it yet but the description basically says it heals for a lot more than your normal blood vials.

Uh lol, one question: Does the dude on top of that tower that shoots at you with the gatling gun drop something important? I just pushed him down the tower during our fight and he definitely dropped something but I don't think I can get to it.

Turns out his drop was on top of the tower after I went to the Hunter's Dream and then came back. Don't know which locked door you mean, the only one I found was for a shortcut that I've opened by now.

It's gonna beat many peoples expectations, I kinda hope that we'll get some announcement that Bloodborne's From Softwares most successful game to date or something at one point, just to see the PC crowd have another meltdown.

You can, but don't have to. Holding R2 charges the attack, but tapping R2 executes a stab as well.
