The tall white dudes only drop normal blood shards for me.

no not the tall white guys, they are much shorter, but still tall, lol youll know it when you see them cause theyll be new,  i think they dont show up until you beat the BSB or vicar.  and yup it was enough for 2 more upgrades and 3 still in my pocket. towards the witch should have some if i remember right.  that was after scouring pretty much everywhere you can go without beating the BSB, Vicar and witch.  There is 1 thing i cant figure out how to get tho,  ive tried alot lol

I just beat the final boss, and the special hidden final boss. He was the only boss I ever actually had to learn how to parry. Everything else, my +9 Tontritus melted. Every single 1 handed swing does a little over 500dmg, and since it's 1 handed, I can swing it super fast, and all day long. Then I was doing some pvp with the cannon. I stack bullet runes and an extra 5 by health sacrificing, and am able to kill people with 3 shots from it.

the weird messed up skull creatures that hobble around in their little boxes? lol i got a bloodstone that boosts damage to the kin.. lol

Basically, the kin would be any humanoid enemy who's been altered by the blood, or any cthulhu style inhuman enemies, and beasts would be animals that have been mutated, like the snake monsters or the giant boars.

okay, im assuming that weird messed up boss that drips out of the blacked moon is kin?  lol   

"the one reborn"   im pretty sure he is lol  just did my first attempt, died from his feet at the half way mark lol but if hes kin, i got some stones thatll help turn the tide

edit:  rofl not sure if it made much of a diff, what really helped was the  spot halfway up the stairs he cant hurt you that you can run to and heal/reaply consumables lol made short work of him

lol and i finally dispatched of those 3 hunters in the unseen chapel area.. I killed the annoying one with the elevator, i tricked the dumb baby into getting on and i sent her up, she felt inclined to try to jump back down.. didnt work out for her

Is there a way from the forbidden forest to Iosefka's clinic? If so I'll have to go through the forest to check for that again.

No not yet, I was just googling if I had missed anything in the forest (missed the cannon and a blood stone chunk) and found a youtube video that had forbidden forest and iosefka's clinc in the title, so I became curious.
