Persona 5 was expected I think, Dreams makes sense, FFVII:R is a surprise though.  

It might be a typo?

Nomura is directing both FFVII: Re and Kingdom Hearts III. Is a 2016 release even feasible? o.O

Doubtful.  
It started production in 2014, so a 2016 release would be 2 years, it might be doable, but it's very very unlikely. 2017 would be a safe bet.

PLOT TWIST!
Kingdom Hearts is definitely a more difficult project, it's completely new on new hardware.  While the remake should for the most part just be trying to keep up with the original.

Persona 5 is 2015 for the US.  
Europe always gets Atlus games much later than US.
