Its OK so far.

Cant say much about the Story and the Characters themselves yet though since I'm only a hour into the game just mass exploring/grindin . Level 6 right now.

Voice acting is pretty cool - reminds me of Basch from FFXII which ironically for some reason first thing that came to mind when I saw the character in the beginning of the game (Dunbar or somethin, not Shulk I mean lol).

I like the equipment system where you can equip the crystals in the slots to make you better in stats.

Not a fan of the forced auto-attack for regular attack and the switching between the skill sets to do a skill that has a timer err.....its OK I guess.

I like how you can finish quests and dont have to go back to the NPC - having to go back to the NPC in Ni No Kuni pissed me off so this was good that they didnt do the same in Xenoblade.

Visuals look OK but they look a bit weird since I'm playing it on my HDTV. Character design looks weird....like Shulk looks ugly as hell lol.

Worst part of the experience so far is the camera controls.....I wish you could use the GCN controller for this game cause the fact I have to push one button just to change the camera with the d-pad is so annoying/tedious. I'm using the default controls so...if its possible to change the camera controls...plox explain how.

Oh and the music is glorious so far - I'll be getting the OST for this game for my Ipod once I beat the game

Fun game to play, I finished the game but there's still a lot to do after that.

@BasilZero for me Brotherhood is the best AC game so far. They absolutely nailed the melee combat in that game. People say that its too easy...but imo all AC games have easy combat...at least in brotherhood the challenge is getting a super high kill streak and taking out entire groups of soldiers in one go. Which is more fitting of the story and the character. You are an assassin after all.

That's where the new AC games should be going, and not try and make the combat unnecessarily challenging which breaks the flow of the game and will probably ended up simply adding frustration rather than challenge.

I also want to download PS All stars...it looks fun. But for some reason it's like I'm allergic to PS3 games
